探析降压药在老年高血压病患者中的临床药学效果

目的分析降压药在老年高血压病患者中的临床药学效果,旨在为老年高血压病患者用药指导提供临床依据.方法回顾性分析医院2018年1月~2019年12月收治的280例老年高血压患者的临床资料,对患者所使用的降压药物及其临床疗效、不良反应进行总结分析.结果280例患者中,单一用药97例,占34.64%;两联用药151例,占53.93%;三联用药29例,占10.36%;四联用药3例,占1.07%.治疗2周后,156例患者的收缩压<140mmHg,占55.71%,203例患者的舒张压<90mmHg,占72.50%.47例患者出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为16.79%.结论在老年高血压病患者中降压药物临床药学效果满意,用药安全性高,不过要针对性制定用药方案,并加强不良反应防治,以进一步提高血压控制效果.

Objective to analyze the clinical pharmaceutical effect of antihypertensive drugs in elderly patients with hypertension,in order to provide clinical basis for medication guidance of elderly patients with hypertension.Met hods clinical data of 280 elderly patients with hypertension admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the antihypertensive dnigs used by the patients and their clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were summarized and analyzed.Resu Its among the 280 patients,97(34.64%)were treated with single drug.151 cases(53.93%)were treated with two drug combinations.Twenty-nine patients(10.36%)were treated with triple drug.There were 3 cases of quadruple drug administration,accounting for 1.07%.After 2 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure of 156 patients was V140mmHg,accounting for 55.71%,while the diastolic blood pressure of 203 patients was<90mmHg,accounting for 72.50%.Adverse reactions occurred in 47 patients,with an incidence of 16.79%.Conc I us i on antihypertensive drugs have satisfactory clinical pharmaceutical effects and high drug safety in elderly patients with hypertension.However,it is necessary to make specific drug use plans and strengthen the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions to further improve the effect of blood pressure control.
