四季抗病毒合剂治疗小儿普通型手足口病40 例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of ordinary hand-foot-mouth diseases in children treated by Siji Kangbingdu Heji(四季抗病毒合剂)

目的观察四季抗病毒合剂治疗小儿普通型手足口病的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年5月在陕西中医药大学附属医院儿科门诊治疗的普通型手足口病患儿80例,按确诊的先后顺序分为单号和双号,单号为治疗组,双号为对照组,各40例。对照组口服利巴韦林片,治疗组口服四季抗病毒合剂,1周后统计2组的临床疗效、症状和体征消失时间及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为90.0%(36/40),治疗组为100.0%(40/40),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组热退时间、手足疱疹消失时间、口腔溃疡消失时间均短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组出现白细胞减少1例,腹泻1例,血小板计数减少1例,不良反应发生率为7.5%(3/40);治疗组出现腹泻1例,呕吐2例,不良反应发生率为7.5%(3/40)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四季抗病毒合剂治疗小儿普通型手足口病疗效显著,能明显缩短患儿临床症状、体征消失时间,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Siji Kangbingdu Heji(四季抗病毒合剂)in the treatment of ordinary hand-foot-mouth diseases in children.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,80 cases of ordinary hand-foot-mouth diseases in children treated in out-patient service of pediatrics department in Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine were chosen and divided into treatment group of odd numbers and control group of even numbers according to the order of diagnosis,with 40 cases in each.The control group was given oral ribavirin tablets,while the treatment group was given oral Siji Kangbingdu Heji.After 1 week,we kept statistics about the clinical efficacy,the disappearance time of symptoms and signs and the incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 90.0%(36/40),that of the treatment group was 100.0%(40/40),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).The time of abating fever,the disappearance time of rashes on hands and feet and the disappearance time of stomatocace in the treatment group were shorter than those in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups(P<0.05).In the control group,there were 1 case of leukopenia,1 case of diarrhea and 1 case of decreased platelet count,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%(3/40).In the treatment group,there were 1 case of diarrhea and 2 cases of vomiting,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%(3/40).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It can markedly shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs of the children patients with marked efficacy and high safety to use Siji Kangbingdu Heji in the treatment of ordinary hand-foot-mouth diseases in children,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
