中医辨证治疗儿童功能性便秘的研究进展

Treatment of children with functional constipation based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine

从病因病机、证型分布、分型论治等几个方面阐述近年来中医辨证治疗儿童功能性便秘(FC)的研究进展。现有的研究证实了中医辨证治疗儿童FC具有鲜明的特色和显著的优势,但仍存在一些不足之处,如缺乏客观的评价标准、辨证分型不统一、临床观察的病例数较少、随访对象容易脱落或无随访记录等,有待今后做进一步的研究和探讨。

This paper expounds the research progress of treatment of children with functional constipation(FC)based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years from several aspects,including etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome distribution,syndrome typing and differential treatment etc.The existing studies have confirmed that TCM syndrome differentiation has distinct characteristics and remarkable advantages in the treatment of children with FC,but there are some deficiencies,such as lack of objective evaluation criteria,disunity of syndrome differentiation,small number of clinical observation cases,easy shedding of follow-up objects or no follow-up records,which needs further study and discussion in the future.
