PBL配合情景教学模式在内科临床教学中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察PBL配合情景教学模式在内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法以医院综合科2018年3月—2019年6月入科实习的42例实习生为研究对象,按照是否行PBL配合情景教学模式将实习生为对照组(21例:未行PBL配合情景教学模式而行传统教学模式)与实验组(21例:PBL配合情景教学模式),比较两组实习生教学干预效果。结果实验组认为该教学模式可激发学习兴趣、提升学习效率、加深理论理解、培养临床思维以及提升交流合作能力等方面的个体实习生比例分别为95.24%、90.48%、100.00%、90.48%、95.24%,均高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科临床教学中PBL配合情景教学干预效果明显优于传统教学模式,中PBL配合情景教学可显著提升实习生学习积极性。 Objective Observe the effect of PBL combined with situational teaching mode in clinical teaching of internal medicine.Methods 42 interns from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to whether to use PBL with situational teaching mode,the interns were divided into the control group(21 cases:traditional teaching mode without PBL with situational teaching mode)and the experimental group(21 cases:PBL with situational teaching mode),and the teaching intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,95.24%,90.48%,100.00%,90.48%and 95.24%of individual interns believed that the teaching mode could stimulate learning interest,improve learning efficiency,deepen theoretical understanding,cultivate clinical thinking and improve communication and cooperation ability,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of PBL combined with situational teaching in clinical teaching of internal medicine is better than that of traditional teaching mode,which can significantly improve the learning enthusiasm of interns.
