烧伤外科临床带教中混合教学模式的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨混合教学模式运用于烧伤外科临床带教当中的应用价值。方法选择2017年4月—2018年4月期间烧伤外科开展传统教学模式期间入院实习的实习生40名作为B组,另选取2018年5月—2019年5月期间烧伤外科开展混合教学模式之后入院实习的实习生40名作为A组,对两组实习生理论知识、实践操作等评分进行统计,另对比两组对教学方式的满意度。结果A组理论知识与实践操作评分均高于B组同等数据评分,A组实习生总满意度97.50%(39/40)名高于B组实习生总满意度77.50%(31/40)名,组间对比,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论开展混合教学模式,对于烧伤外科临床带教应用价值较高,可全面加强实习生理论知识与实践操作水平,并且实习生对教学方式的满意度也相对较高。 Objective To explore the application value of mixed teaching mode in clinical teaching of burn surgery.Methods Forty intern trainees who were admitted to the hospital during the traditional teaching mode of burn surgery from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as Group B.After the mixed teaching mode of burn surgery was conducted from May 2018 to May 2019,Forty interns who were admitted to the hospital as internships were group A.The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the two interns were counted,and the satisfaction of the two groups on teaching methods was compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of group A were higher than the equivalent data scores of group B.The total satisfaction of group A interns was 97.50%(39/40),and the total satisfaction of group A interns was 77.50%(31/40).There were statistically significant differences between groups and groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The implementation of mixed teaching mode is of high value for clinical teaching of burn surgery,which can comprehensively strengthen the theoretical knowledge and practical operation level of interns,and the interns’satisfaction with teaching methods is relatively high.
