一对一规范带教法在检验科实习带教中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的本文旨在分析一对一规范带教法于检验科实习带教工作中的实际运用价值。方法本文选择2018年6月—2019年6月前来医院检验科实习的学生,总计120名,按照随机分配的方式将患者划分为实验组与对照组,每组60名实习生,两组分别采用不同的带教方式,对照组采用常规传统带教方式,实验组则采用一对一规范带教法。实习期结束后,对比两组理论与实操考核成绩。结果实验组实习生理论知识以及实操技能成绩为(84.1±8.2)分以及(86.5±9.3)分。相较于对照组(78.3±6.4)分与(77.3±8.2)分更高,组间数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检验科室采用一对一规范带教法对实习生进行带教,可以显著提高护生理论知识掌握能力以及实操水平,有助于提高实习生专业水平。 Objective This paper aims to analyze the practical application value of one-to-one standardized teaching method in laboratory practice teaching.Methods A total of 120 students from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random allocation.Each group had 60 interns.The two groups adopted different teaching methods respectively.The control group adopted conventional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopted one.A normative teaching method.At the end of the internship period,the theoretical and practical assessment results of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the experimental group were(84.1±8.2)and(86.5±9.3).Compared with the control group(78.3±6.4)score and(77.3±8.2)score were higher,the data between the groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Using one-toone standardized teaching method in the laboratory department can significantly improve the ability to master theoretical knowledge and practical level of nursing students,help to improve the professional level of interns,and has the value of promotion.
