细节管理在儿科输液护理带教中的价值分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析细节管理在儿科输液护理带教中的价值。方法在2018年1月—2019年1月期间选择在科室实习的护生共计66名进行调查。以平均的方式将护生分为2组,每组33名。对照组采用传统常规带教方式。实验组在此基础上运用了细节管理带教方式。分析两组最终的带教效果。结果实验组实践考核成绩得分和对照组相比较高,理论考核成绩和对照组相比较高,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;对照组带教满意得分结果和实验组相比较低,两组差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在儿科儿科输液护理带教中,可采用细节管理方式,此方式是基于细节视角下,引导护生独立完成输液以及家属沟通护理工作,此方式应用效果理想。 Objective To analyze the value of detail management in pediatric infusion nursing teaching.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,66 nursing students were selected to practice in our department.The nursing students were divided into two groups with 33 students in each group.In the control group,the traditional teaching method was used.On this basis,the experimental group used the teaching method of detail management.Analyze the final teaching effect of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of practice assessment in the experimental group were higher,and the scores of theory assessment were higher than that in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);the scores of teaching satisfaction in the control group were lower than that in the experimental group,and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the pediatric infusion nursing teaching,we can use the detail management method,which is based on the detail perspective to guide the nursing students to complete the infusion independently and communicate with their families.
