妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇剖宫产术麻醉方法初探

Anesthesia of Cesarean Section for Pregnant Women With Thrombocytopenia

目的分析妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇剖宫产术麻醉方法。方法选取2015年3月—2019年5月我院收治的妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇78例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为两组,对照组39例行硬膜外麻醉,观察组39例行单次腰麻,对比两种麻醉方式效果。结果两组新生儿出生后1 min、5 min、10 min评分并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者不良反应率7.69%和对照组10.25%比差异较小,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇在进行剖宫产麻醉时需分析产妇血小板状况,采用合适方式麻醉。

Objective To analyze the anesthesia method of cesarean section for pregnant women with thrombocytopenia.Methods 78 cases of pregnant women with thrombocytopenia in our hospital from March 2015 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases)with single spinal anesthesia.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of 1,5 and 10 minutes after birth between the two groups(P>0.05);the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 7.69%and that of the control group was 10.25%(P>0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with thrombocytopenia,it is necessary to analyze the platelet status of pregnant women during cesarean section.
