大肠息肉内镜下治疗效果及其并发症探讨

The Effect of Endoscopic Treatment of Large Intestine Polypus and Its Complications

目的探讨大肠息肉内镜下治疗效果及其并发症。方法选取2017年5月—2018年12月在我院诊治的50例大肠息肉患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各25例,对照组予以常规电凝电切手术治疗,研究组予以内镜下黏膜切除治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及其并发症发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为92%,对照组治疗总有效率为68%,研究组治疗效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为8%,对照组并发症发生率为32%,研究组术后出现并发症人数较少,预后情况较好(P<0.05)。结论对大肠息肉患者予以内镜下黏膜切除治疗,具有较好的治疗疗效,能有效减少并发症的发生,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of endoscopic submucosal resection of the large polypus intestine and its complications.Methods 50 cases of large intestine polypus patients in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional electrocoagulation resection,and the study group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection.The treatment effect and the complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 68%.The treatment effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group was 8%,the complication rate of the control group 32%.The study group had fewer complications after surgery,and the prognosis was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the submucosal resection of the large intestine polypus patients has a better therapeutic effect and can effectively reduce the occurrence of the complications and is worthy of popularization and application.
