玉屏风颗粒辅助西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效分析

Effect of Yupingfeng Granule Assisted With Western Medicine in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children

目的探讨玉屏风颗粒辅助西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法收集2018年3月—2019年7月期间在医院就诊的支原体肺炎患儿90例,根据治疗方案不同分组,各45例,对照组予以常规药物,观察组加用玉屏风颗粒,对两组治疗效果及免疫功能指标进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.78%,较对照组86.67%明显升高(P<0.05)。观察组的退热、咳嗽消失、肺啰音消退时间与对照组相比,显著缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风颗粒结合常规西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果显著,能够缩短治疗时间,同时还可改善患儿免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granule in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods From March 2018 to July 2019,90 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae were divided into two group according to different treatment plans,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,while the observation group was treated with Yupingfeng granules and conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects and immune function indexes of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than the 86.67%of control group(P<0.05).The time of fever reduction,cough disappearance and rales disappearance in the observation group were significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD4^+,CD8^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yupingfeng granule combined with conventional western medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,which can shorten the treatment time and improve the immune function of children.
