摘要
以板状刚玉颗粒和细粉、α-Al2O3微粉为原料,铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,ADS3+ADW1为复合减水剂,经800℃保温5 h煅烧制备了含不同质量分数(分别为5%和12%)铝酸钙水泥的浇注料试样。研究了铝酸钙水泥含量对试样性能的影响,阐述了浇注料经800℃煅烧后强度变化与水化产物的物相组成和结构形貌演化的关系。结果表明:较高水泥含量的浇注料试样经800℃煅烧5 h后,水化产物C 3AH 6和AH 3脱水分解为C 12 A 7和无定形产物,虽然其结构形貌发生显著变化,但仍能继续赋予浇注料部分强度,提高其中温煅烧后的强度。
The castables specimens with different CAC additions(5%and 12%,by mass)were prepared using tabular corundum particles and fines,andα-Al2O3 micropowder as raw materials,CAC as the binder,ADS3+ADW1 as the composite water reducer,firing at 800℃for 5 h.Effect of the CAC addition on the properties of the specimens was researched.The relationship between the strength change and the phase composition,and the relationship between the strength change and the structural morphology evolution of the hydration products of the castables fired at 800℃were described.The results show that for the castables with 12%CAC fired at 800℃for 5 h,the hydrates C 3AH 6 and AH 3 decompose into C 12 A 7 and amorphous hydrates.Although the structure and morphology of the castables change significantly,they can continue to give some strength to the castables and improve the strength after calcination at medium temperatures.
