我国省级档案网站档案信息服务问题与对策

Problems and Solutions of Archival Information Services by Provincial Archives Websites of China

截至2019年1月,我国33个省级档案信息网在档案信息服务方面还存在欠缺服务种类、拖延更新档案信息、语言类别单一以及混淆发布非档案信息与档案信息的问题。为提高档案信息服务水平,各网站应当创新服务方式、重视网络平台档案信息更新、发展民族和特色档案工作及加大档案信息开发力度。

By the end of January 2019,33 provincial archives websites of China still have problems in their archival information services,such as incomplete service items,delay in updates,single language setting,mixed release of non-archival and archival information.These websites should innovate their service mode,take seriously the updating of archival information on network platform,develop ethnic and special archives,and strengthen archival information development,which can promote the quality of archival information services.
