高校档案机构应用社交媒体创新服务模式是互联网技术和高校信息化建设的大势所趋。根据社交媒体的特点,本文分析了高校档案社交媒体服务模式的必要性和可行性,解析了影响其发展的四个要素,并总结了该服务模式的特点。在此基础上构建了以"向导—基础—手段—目的"为依托的社交媒体服务模式。

The application of social media innovation service mode in university archives is the trend of Internet technology and university informatization construction. According to the characteristics of social media, the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the social media service mode in university archives, explains the four elements that affect its development, and summarizes the characteristics of this service mode. Based on this, the social media service mode of “guide-base-means-purpose” is constructed.
