Establishing archival data centers is an inevitable move in line with the development of big data era.The establishment of archival data centers in higher vocational colleges is guided by macro policies and also has reference of practical experience.It is beneficial to optimize and update archival work,improve the utilization efficiency of archival resources,promoting the construction progress of smart campus,and assist the effective decision-making of all kinds of work.Establishing archival data centers should focus on three aspects:building a smooth operating mechanism,constructing a systematic resource system and creating three convenient platforms.
