企业社会责任感知对酒店员工绿色行为的影响研究

摘要 近年来,我国绿色酒店的发展趋势日益显现,而绿色发展是酒店履行社会责任的表现。本研究基于社会认同理论和社会交换理论,以长沙市9家酒店的一线员工为研究对象,共获取644份有效问卷数据,利用结构方程模型探求企业社会责任感知对员工绿色行为的作用效果,并检验员工环境承诺和组织自豪感的中介作用。研究发现:员工环境承诺在企业社会责任感知和员工绿色行为之间起中介作用;组织自豪感在企业社会责任感知和员工绿色行为之间起中介作用;员工环境承诺的中介效果强于组织自豪感;企业社会责任感知对员工绿色行为的直接作用效果不显著。 In recent years,the development trend of China’s green hotels has become increasingly apparent,and green development is the performance of hotels in fulfilling their social responsibilities.Based on the theory of social identity and social exchange,the research used first-line employees of 9 hotels in Changsha as the research object.A total of 644 valid questionnaire data were obtained.Using structural equation model to explore the effect of perceived corporate social responsibility(PCSR)on employees’green behavior,the research examined the mediating role of employees’environmental commitments and organizational pride.The research found that,employees’environmental commitment plays a mediating role between PCSR and employees’green behavior;organizational pride also plays a mediating role between PCSR and employees’green behavior;the mediating effect of employees’environmental commitments is stronger than organizational pride;the direct effect of PCSR on employees’green behavior is not significant.
