摘要
多糖具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗衰老以及降血糖等多种生物活性,具有广泛的应用价值。该研究利用热水浸提法从烟薯25中提取到多糖,多糖得率为0.6%。所提取的多糖能够被α-淀粉酶和变聚糖酶水解,表明该多糖主要含有α-1,3-糖苷键与α-1,4-糖苷键;不能被右旋糖酐酶水解。经红外光谱分析,该多糖属于α型吡喃糖。该多糖具有良好的抗氧化作用,能够清除DPPH、羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基,其IC50分别为2.09、1.27、2.47mg/mL,具有良好的应用前景。
Polysaccharides have a variety of biological activities such as immuno regulation,anti-tumor,anti-aging,and hypoglycemia,which have been widely used in many fields.In this study,we extracted polysaccharides from Yanshu 25 by the method of hot water extraction.The yield of polysaccharides was 0.6%.The oligo-saccharides could be produced after incubated withα-amylase and mutanas.The polysaccharides were comprised withα-1,3-andα-1,4-glycosidic bonds.According to infrared spectrum analysis,the polysaccharide belonged toα-pyranose.The polysaccharide could scavenge DPPH,hydroxyl radical and superoxide radical,and the IC 50 was 2.09,1.27,2.47 mg/mL,respectively.The polysaccharides from Yanshu 25 had good application prospect.
