基于科教融合培养创新创业农学人才的探索与实践——以薯类人才培养为例 被引量:2

摘要 云南农业大学农学与生物技术学院薯类作物研究团队以作物生产类专业为依托,为适应云南高原特色农业发展,结合社会对薯类人才的需求,通过重构人才培养方案、改变教育观念、改革教学方式方法、构建创新型教师团队、优化人才培养过程等方面的探索与实践,将科学研究融入每一个教学环节,4年不断线培养学生创新创业精神和实践能力,形成了一条"科教融合、学创并举、彰显个性"的创新型薯类人才培养之路,从而满足云南农业产业对薯类人才的需求。 Based on the major of crop production and aiming to support the development of the featured agriculture of Yunnan Plateau,the tuber crop research team in College of Agronomy and Biotechnology,Yunnan Agricultural University has carried out exploration and practice regarding the reconstruction of talent training program,the change of educational concept,the reform of teaching methods,the construction of innovative teacher team,and the optimization of talent training process,so as to meet the social demand for talents of tuber crop.The team integrated the scientific research into each teaching link,to cultivate students’innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and practical ability in four successive years,developed an innovative cultivation mode for tuber crop talents that integrated science and teaching,learning and innovation,and highlights personality,so as to meet the demand of Yunnan agricultural industry for tuber crop talents.
