摘要 分析指出精确分段传热计算的重点在于介质当地物性的引用和分段计算的实现,提出一种基于Excel一般操作的物性即时引用方案和分段计算的实现方案,对比分析了几种传热计算中对物性的处理方法,同时针对常规换热给出了适宜的分段数量建议。结果表明:笔者提出的方案在计算成本、效率及效果等方面具有显著综合优势,可以为日常换热设计提供借鉴。 Considering the fact that the key point of precise multi-section heat transfer calculation lies in both citing of local thermal properties of fluids and multi-section calculation,a solution based on general Excel operation was proposed,including comparative analysis of methods of solving thermal property and suggestions to determining proper section numbers.The results showed that,the scheme proposed here has superior comprehensive advantages in calculating the cost and efficiency and effect.It provides the reference for daily design.
