酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗急慢性腹泻有效性及安全性的系统评价

Efficacy and safety of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders,live in acute and chronic diarrhea:a systematic review

目的通过对酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗成人及儿童急慢性腹泻的有效性和安全性进行系统评价,为临床用药决策提供循证医学证据。方法系统检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库等数据库,检索时限从建库至2020年6月20日。由2位研究者根据纳排标准独立完成文章筛选、质量评价及数据提取,并对数据结果进行分析。结果共纳入7项临床研究,涉及患者1122例,适应证包括儿童抗菌药物相关性腹泻、儿童急性腹泻、成人腹泻型肠易激综合征等。5项研究结果显示,酪酸梭菌二联活菌散可有效预防和治疗儿童抗菌药物相关性腹泻;1项随机对照试验(RCT)结果显示,酪酸梭菌二联活菌散治疗儿童急性腹泻的疗效和安全性良好;1项RCT结果显示,酪酸梭菌二联活菌散可有效治疗成人腹泻且安全性良好。结论酪酸梭菌二联活菌散在预防与治疗儿童及成人多种腹泻方面均具有良好的有效性和安全性。

Objective This study was designed to systematically review the efficacy,safety and economy of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powder,live in acute and chronic adult diarrhea in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical medication decision. Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM databases were searched. Two researchers independently conducted article screening,quality evaluation and data extraction based on the inclusion/exclusion criteria,and the data in the literature was analyzed. Results A total of 7 clinical studies were included,1122 patients were involved,including diarrhea secondary to pneumonia in children,antibiotics-associated diarrhea in children,children with acute diarrhea,irritable bowel syndrome in adults with diarrheal disease. The results of 5 studies showed that combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powder,live could effectively prevent and treat children’s antibiotics-associated diarrhea;one RCT showed that it had good effect and safety on acute diarrhea in children;one RCT showed that it was effective and safe in the treatment of adult diarrhea. Conclusion Combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powder,live is effective in the prevention and treatment of various kinds of diarrhea in children and adults with good safety.
