摘要
目的对武汉方舱医院收治的新冠肺炎轻症患者膳食进行研究。方法通过网络爬虫技术收集社交网站中患者公开发布的膳食图片,采用膳食评估辅助技术对患者收治期间的膳食摄入状况进行评估。结果武汉方舱医院运行期间,整体膳食供给充足,肉蛋禽等高蛋白食物摄入量过高,奶类摄入量不足;能量摄入水平超过推荐量,微量营养素摄入水平总体较好。结论新技术的运用在一定程度上反映了方舱医院患者的膳食状况,值得进行进一步研究。[营养学报,2020,42(3):291-295,300]
Objective To study the dietary structure in the patients with COVID-19 admitted to the cabin hospital. Methods The publicly released dietary pictures of patients on social networking sites were collected through web crawler technology, and dietary assessment assistive technology was used to assess the dietary intake status of the patients during admission. Results During the operation of Wuhan cabin Hospital, the overall dietary supply was sufficient, the intake of high-protein foods such as meat, eggs and poultry was too high, and the intake of milk was insufficient. The energy intake level exceeded the recommended amount, and the micronutrient intake level was generally good.
