基于夏令时解决方案的PSCADA系统应用与研究

摘要 城市轨道交通电力监控系统(SCADA或PSCADA系统)对城轨供电系统主变电所、牵引变电所、降压变电所等各类变电所内设备及相关供电设备运行实时监视、测量和控制。在国内或无冬令时/夏令时交替的地区,PSCADA系统可以通过获取本地时间=GMT+时区差的方式获取一个高精度和高可靠性的基准时钟源。随着国产PSCADA系统逐步走向海外电力监控市场,系统对多时区与夏令时的兼容已经成了一个迫在眉睫、亟须解决的问题。系统需要解决因为夏令/冬令交替过程中的时间跳变行为对时间显示、实时报警、历史报警等功能所带来的影响。为了使DSC-9000系统能满足实行夏令时的国家或地区的应用需求,文章详细介绍了基于夏令时的电力监控系统的整体解决方案。 The urban rail transit power monitoring system(SCADA or PSCADA system for short)conducts real-time monitoring,measurement and control on the operation of various substations and related power supply equipment such as main substations,traction substations,and step-down substations of the urban rail power system.In China or domestic areas where there is no alternation between winter time and daylight saving time,the PSCADA system can obtain a highly precise and reliable reference clock source by obtaining local time=GMT+time zone difference.As the home-made PSCADA system gradually goes to the overseas power monitoring market,how to make the system compatible with multiple time zones and daylight saving time has become an urgent problem to be solved.The system needs to diminish the effect of time jump behavior in the alternate process between winter time and daylight saving time alternation on time display,real-time alarm,historical alarm and other functions.In order to enable the DSC-9000 system to meet the application demands of countries or regions that implement daylight saving time,this paper describes in detail the overall solution of the power monitoring system based on daylight saving time.
