硫磺对连作桃幼树生长的影响

摘要 以2年生金陵黄露/毛桃为试材,以正常土为对照,研究了硫磺对桃树连作障碍的缓解效果。结果表明,在连作土上比在正常土上种植桃树,明显抑制了桃树的生长,桃叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率,新梢生长量和株高显著降低。在重茬土中添加硫磺处理的桃幼树叶片叶绿素含量,净光合速率以及叶片Fv/Fm值显著提高;缓解了重茬土对桃树生长的抑制作用;重茬土添加硫磺处理比重茬土上的桃幼树株高、新梢总长度分别高15.6%、11.8%,差异显著,主干粗度高7.7%,无显著差异。所以连作土栽植桃树加入硫磺后可在一定程度上缓解桃树连作障碍现象。 2-year-old Jinlinghuanglu/Maotao was used to study the effects of sulfur on the growth of replanted young peach trees.The results showed that the growth of peach trees was significantly inhibited in replanted soil than in normal soil.The chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,shoot growth and plant height were significantly decreased.The chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and Fv/Fm value of young peach leaves were significantly increased after adding sulfur in the replanted soil and the inhibition effect of replanted soil on peach growth was also alleviated.Compared with the plant in replanted soil,the plant height,total length of new shoots and trunk diameter of young peach trees were 15.6%,11.8%and 7.7%higher by adding sulfur in the replanted soil,Therefore,the replant disease of peach trees could be alleviated by adding sulfur in the replanted soil.
