宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术与摘除联合电凝治疗子宫内膜息肉效果对比观察

Comparative observation of the effect of hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection and removal combined with electrocoagulation in the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的:对比分析宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术与摘除联合电凝治疗子宫内膜息肉效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年8月收治的110例子宫内膜息肉患者,分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除联合电凝治疗,观察组给予宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗,比较两组临床疗效,术前、术后3个月月经量及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,复发率及并发症发生率。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.36%,高于对照组的83.64%(P<0.05);两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前两组月经量、VEGF水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月观察组月经量、VEGF指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率、复发率分别为5.45%、1.82%,低于对照组的18.18%、14.55%(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉电切术治疗子宫内膜息肉可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者月经量、VEGF水平,降低复发率和并发症发生率,促进患者的康复。

Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and removal combined with electrocoagulation in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Method:110 endometrial polyps patients admitted from February 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given hysteroscopic endometrial polyp removal combined with electrocoagulation,and the observation group was given hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection.The clinical effects,menstrual volume and VEGF levels before operation and 3 months after operation,recurrence rate and complication rate were compared in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group 83.84%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time,blood loss and length of hospital stay(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual volume and VEGF levels between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The menstrual volume and VEGF index of the observation group at 3 months after surgery improved better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were 5.45%and 1.82%respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group 18.18%and 14.55%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endometrial polyps under hysteroscopy electric resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the menstruation and VEGF levels of patients,reduce the recurrence rate and complication rate,and promote the recovery of patients.
