综合护理管理模式对重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的影响

The influence of comprehensive nursing management model on patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome

目的:探讨综合护理管理模式对重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月收治的94例重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理管理模式,比较两组护理前后生命体征指标、血气分析指标、感染相关指标、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:护理前两组呼吸、心率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组呼吸、心率改善优于对照组(P<0.05);护理前后两组血压、血气分析指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO2P)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组机械通气时间、发热时间、感染持续时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05);并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的17.02%(P<0.05);对护理服务满意率为93.62%,高于对照组的76.60%(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理管理模式干预应用于重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者可改善其呼吸、心率、血气分析指标,缩短机械通气时间、发热时间、感染持续时间,减少并发症,提高护理服务的满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing management model on patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome.Methods:94 patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected randomly and divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given a comprehensive nursing management model.The vital signs,blood gas analysis indexes,infection-related indexes,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing in the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in breathing and heart rate before nursing(P>0.05).The improvement of breathing and heart rate in the observation group after nursing was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in blood pressure and blood gas analysis indexes between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05).The improvement of PaO2,PaCO2,and SaO2 in the observation group after nursing was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time,fever time,and infection duration of the observation group were more significantly shortened than those in the control group.The complication rate was 4.26%,significantly lower than that of the control group 17.02%;the nursing service satisfaction rate was 93.62%,significantly higher than that in the control group 76.60%(P<0.05);Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing management mode intervention is effective for severe acute respiratory distress patients,which can improve their breathing,heart rate and blood gas analysis,shorten mechanical ventilation time,fever time and infection duration,reduce complications,and improve nursing service satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
