选择性痔上黏膜吻合术联合补中益气汤治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂效果观察

Observation on the effect of selective hemorrhoidal mucosal anastomosis combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of rectal mucosal prolapse

目的:探讨选择性痔上黏膜吻合术联合补中益气汤治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂的效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2020年1月收治的84例直肠粘膜内脱垂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予选择性痔上黏膜吻合术治疗,观察组联合补中益气汤治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状评分、住院时间、VAS评分、治疗前后内脱垂深度、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效为95.24%,较对照组80.95%显著提高(P<0.05);治疗前两组临床症状、内脱垂深度无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组临床症状评分、内脱垂深度改善优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间较对照组显著缩短(P<0.05),VAS评分、并发症发生率较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:选择性痔上黏膜吻合术联合补中益气汤可提高患者临床疗效及临床症状评分、直肠黏膜内脱垂深度,缓解疼痛,减少住院时间,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of selective hemorrhoidal mucosal anastomosis combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of rectal intramucosal prolapse.Methods:84 patients with rectal intramucosal prolapse admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was only given selective hemorrhoid mucosal anastomosis.The observation group was combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to compare the clinical efficacy,symptom scores,hospital stay,VAS score,internal prolapse before and after treatment.Depth of prolapse and complications.Results:The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was 95.24%compared with 80.95%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms and depth of prolapse between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the clinical symptom score and internal prolapse depth of the observation group improved better than those of the control group after treatment,the hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the postoperative complication rate was 9.52%compared with the control group 26.19%,which was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of patients treated with selective hemorrhoid mucosal anastomosis combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction was significantly improved,the clinical symptom score,the depth of rectal mucosal prolapse,and the degree of pain were significantly improved.The time is significantly shortened,and the incidence of complications is significantly reduced.
