藏红花酸乙酯的制备新工艺

New Preparation Process of Ethyl Safranate

摘要 本文以乙酰乙酸乙酯和异丙叉丙酮为原料,二者在吡咯烷的促进下发生罗宾森环化反应,得到中间体(3),再经Luche还原、对甲苯磺酸脱水消除,得到藏红花酸乙酯,三步反应的总收率为62.3%。本方法简洁方便,收率高,原料廉价易得,具有工业化应用前景。 Ethyl safranate was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and mesityl oxide by Robinson cyclization in the presence of pyrrolidine.The intermediate(3)was then reduced by Luche reaction and dehydrated by p-toluenesulfonic acid.The overall yield of ethyl safranate was 62.3%.The method was simple and convenient,the yield was high,the raw materials were cheap and easy to be obtained.Therefore,the method had the prospect of industrial application.
