摘要
采用回流提取法提取满山香(Schisandra propinqua)总黄酮,通过单因素试验,考察提取方法、提取溶剂体积分数、提取液体积、提取时间对药材总黄酮含量的影响,采用正交试验,优化提取工艺条件,筛选出满山香总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明,满山香总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为60%乙醇、料液比1∶40(m∶V)、回流提取时间1.0 h。该方法能有效测定满山香药材总黄酮的含量,重复性较好、稳定可行。
The total flavonoids of Schisandra propinqua were extracted by reflux extraction method.The effects of extraction method,extraction solvent volume fraction,extraction volume and extraction time on the total flavonoids content of the medicinal materials were investigated by single factor experiment.The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction conditions.The best extraction process for a total flavonoid of Schisandra propinqua was screened out.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of a total flavo⁃noid of Schisandra propinqua was 70%methanol,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶40(m∶V),and the reflux extraction time was 1.0 h.This method could effectively determine the content of total flavonoids in Schisandra propinqua medicinal material,the repeatability was good,the method was stable and feasible.
