摘要
土地利用总体规划是统筹区域土地资源开发、利用和保护,促进区域经济社会与环境协调发展的宏观战略性措施。土地利用总体规划实施效果评估是监督土地利用规划执行过程、提升土地资源利用效率的重要途径。以江苏省海安县2009年第二次土地调查数据、2014年土地利用现状数据以及2020年土地利用规划数据为基础,对海安县土地利用总体规划的实施效果进行评估,研究结果对海安县土地利用规划修编、优化土地利用方向具有参考价值。
The general land use planning was a macro-strategic measure to coordinate the development,utilization and protection of regional land resources and promote the coordinated development of regional economy,society and environment.Evaluation of the im⁃plementation effect of general land use planning was an important way to supervise the implementation process of land use planning and improve the utilization efficiency of land resources.Based on the data of the second land survey of Haian county in 2009,the data of land use status in 2014 and the data of land use planning in 2020,the implementation effect of the general land use planning of Haian county was evaluated.The results had reference value for the revision of land use planning and the optimization of land use direction of Haian county.
