基于利益相关者的高校图书馆科学数据管理策略分析

Analysis of the Science Data Management Strategy of University Library Based on Stakeholders

本文基于利益相关者理论,以科学数据管理中的利益相关者为研究对象,重点分析高校图书馆在科学数据管理中的职责和权益;在评析各方权益的基础上,提出图书馆协调各方利益的策略:参与制定和普及数据管理政策、协同利益方共同参与管理、专业化的管理、重视和保障科研人员权益等。

Based on the stakeholder theory,this paper takes stakeholders in research data management as research objects,emphatically analyzes the responsibilities and rights and interests of university library in research data management.On the basis of analyzing the rights and interests of all parties,this paper puts forward the strategies of coordinating the interests of all parties in the library:participate in the formulating and popularization of data management policies,cooperate with stakeholders to participate in management,specialized management,pay attention to and protect the rights and interests of scientific researchers.
