我国中部地区省级公共图书馆文献捐赠工作调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on Document Donation in Provincial Public Libraries in Central Regions of China

我国中部地区省级公共图书馆因其所处的政治、经济、文化等环境有较多共通之处,在文献捐赠工作方面可比性较强,相互之间取长补短更有借鉴意义。本文从调研馆的官方网站、官方微信公众号、捐赠制度和捐赠量4个角度入手,调研了中部地区10所省级公共图书馆文献捐赠工作的现状,总结存在的共性问题,提出公共图书馆应借力新媒体平台,积极利用政策优势、完善捐赠法律程序,加强馆际交流与合作,以期为自身挖掘和争取到更多、更专业的长期社会关注和支持。

The provincial public libraries in the central region have much in common of political,economic,cultural and other environments,so they have a strong comparability in the document donation and can learn from each other.Starting from the four perspectives of official website,official WeChat account,donation system and donation amount,this paper investigates the current situation of document donation work of ten provincial public libraries in central regions,summarizes the common problems,puts forward that public libraries should take advantage of new media platform,actively make use of policy advantages,improve donation legal procedures,strengthen interlibrary communication and cooperation,and strive for larger numbers and more professional longterm social attention and support.
