高校图书馆重大卫生安全事件应急防控服务举措探微——以河南工业大学为例

Probe into the Measures for Emergency Prevention and Control of Major Health and Safety Incidents in University Libraries——Take Henan University of Technology as an Example

2020年春节前夕,新冠肺炎疫情突发,全国高校延迟开学,抗击疫情。笔者通过分析高校图书馆应急防控服务工作现状及面对重大卫生安全事件应急防控工作所暴露出的问题,总结高校图书馆重大卫生安全事件应急防控的难点,提出高校图书馆重大卫生安全事件应急防控对策及服务举措,以期为我国高校图书馆应急服务提供新思路。

COVID-19 outbreak occurred on the eve of the Spring Festival of 2020,and the national universities delayed the start of the school to fight the epidemic.Through the analysis of the current situation of emergency prevention and control service in university library and the problems exposed in the face of major health and safety incidents,the author summarizes the difficulties in the emergency prevention and control of major health and safety events in university library,and puts forward the emergency prevention and control countermeasures and service measures of major health and safety incidents in university library,so as to provide new ideas for emergency services in university libraries in China.
