我国高校图书馆智慧服务研究现状分析

Analysis of Research Status of Intelligent Service of University Library in China

本文运用文献调查、定性分析和定量分析的方法对我国高校图书馆智慧服务研究现状进行梳理,从理论、模式、角色和技术4个层面对国内高校图书馆智慧服务研究展开分析;在剖析研究特点的基础上,揭示了理论研究、馆员队伍、用户信息安全、服务内容等方面存在的问题,并在此基础上对未来研究发展提出建议。

This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic university library intelligent service research by using the methods of literature survey,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and analyzes the domestic university library intelligent service research from four aspects of theory,model,role and technology.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the research,this paper reveals the problems in theoretical research,librarian team,user information security,service content and other aspects,and puts forward suggestions for future research and development.
