摘要
选取介电损耗型微波吸收材料TiO2,电导损耗型微波吸收材料多壁碳纳米管,通过点击反应制备MWCNTs/TiO2二元杂化材料并对其进行吸波性能研究。运用XRD、SEM、矢量网络分析仪等进行材料结构表征和微波吸收性能测试,并与物理混合法制备的MWCNTs/TiO2混合材料进行吸波性能对比。结果表明:MWCNTs/TiO2二元杂化材料采用点击化学法成功制备,其吸波性能比物理混合材料显著提高。投料物质的量比为1∶1时,制备的MWCNTs/TiO2杂化材料阻抗匹配接近1.2,且在匹配厚度为2.5 mm的有效频带宽度最宽,在频率为7.70~12.48 GHz范围内的反射损耗RL值都低于-10 dB,并且在12.02 GHz时的RL值最低,达到-47.87 dB。
In this paper,dielectric loss type TiO2 and conductivity type multi-arm carbon nanotubes were selected.The MWCNTs/TiO2 binary hybrid materials were prepared by click method and the absorbing properties were studied.Material structure characterization and microwave absorption performance tests were carried out by XRD,SEM,vector network analyzer.And compared with MWCNTs/TiO2 mixed material formed by simple physical mixing.The results show that the MWCNTs/TiO2 binary hybrid material has been successfully prepared,and the MWCNTs/TiO2 hybrid material with a mass ratio of 1∶1 has significantly better wave-absorbing properties than the hybrid material,and the impedance matching was close to 1.2.The effective bandwidth of the matching thickness of 2.5 mm is the widest,the reflection loss RL value in the range of 7.70 to 12.48 GHz is lower than-10 dB,and the RL value at 12.02 GHz is the lowest,-47.87 dB.
