基于Aspen Plus的吡啶与3-甲基吡啶分离模拟

摘要 对吡啶与3-甲基吡啶的Aspen Plus精馏进行优化研究。利用Aspen Plus软件对精馏塔进行简单模拟计算并优化塔的进料塔板数、回流比、理论塔板数操作参数对产品纯度、精馏塔热负荷的影响。结果表明:进料位置为第7块,摩尔回流比为1.1,理论塔板数为14块,可满足塔顶产品吡啶含量不低于95%,塔底3-甲基吡啶含量不低于80%的目标要求。 This paper focuses on the optimization of Aspen Plus distillation of pyridine and 3-methylpyridine.Simulation calculation of distillation column by Aspen Plus and optimize the effect of the feed position,backflow ratio and the theoretical number of trays on product purity and thermal load.The results show that the feeding position is the 7th,the molar reflux ratio is 1.1,the theoretical number of trays is 14,which satisfied that the content of pyridine at the top of the tower is not less than 95%,and the content of 3-methylpyridine at the bottom of the tower is not less than80%.
