摘要
石化企业承压类设备众多,在使用过程中对其损伤模式的有效识别,一直是设备管理重点关注的课题。择取在装置检修过程中发现的3个设备损伤问题实例,利用GB/T 30579-2014《承压设备损伤模式识别》中的相关知识,结合设备的使用情况、工艺条件对其损伤模式进行分析与识别,并提出相应处理建议,以期为分析设备管理薄弱环节,提升设备可靠度提供有益的技术支持。
There are many pressure equipment in petrochemical enterprises,and the effective identification of its damage mode in the process of use has always been the focus of equipment management.In this paper,three examples of equipment damage problems found in the process of equipment maintenance are selected,using GB/T 30579-2014"damage mode identification of pressure equipment"related knowledge,combined with the use of equipment,process conditions to analyze and identify the damage mode,and put forward the corresponding treatment suggestions,in order to provide useful technical support for analyzing the weak link of equipment management and improving the reliability of equipment.
