摘要 运用顶空—气相色谱联用的方法来测定聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)中二乙基己烯醛(ET2H)的残留含量。该方法对顶空进样温度、平衡时间和标液配制等实验参数进行了优化测试。结果显示,顶空仪器在平衡温度90℃,平衡时间35 min时,样品分析结果相对较为准确。该方法操作简单、方便、曲线线性好,分析结果的精密度和准确度均可满足定量分析要求。 A headspace-gas chromatographic method was used to determine the residual content of 2-ethyl-2-hexenal(ET2H)in polyvinyl Butyral(PVB).The optimal test condition of headspace which included injection temperature,equilibrium time and the preparation method of standard liquid was carried out.The results showed that the headspace instrument was relatively accurate when the equilibrium temperature was 90℃and the equilibrium time was 35 min.The method is simple,convenient and the curve is better linearity.The precision and accuracy of the analysis results can meet the requirements of quantitative analysis.
