摘要
外泌体是一类由真核细胞分泌的细胞外微囊泡,含有丰富的活性物质,包括蛋白质、脂质和核酸等,可通过多种方式作用于靶细胞并发挥调控作用。间充质干细胞(MSCs)来源的外泌体(MSC-Exo)具有和MSCs相似的生物学功能。组织损伤后,MSCExo可通过其免疫调节能力为损伤组织提供适宜的微环境,促进组织再生。本文将针对该领域的研究进展进行综述。
Exosomes are a type of extracellular microvesicles released by multiple eukaryotic cells.They are rich in many active substances,including proteins,lipids and nucleic acids,able to act on target cells and regulate their functions via the modulation of different pathways.Recent studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells-derived exosomes(MSC-Exo)have similar biological functions as MSCs.After tissue injury,MSC-Exo can provide a suitable microenvironment,via immunomodulation,thereby promoting tissue regeneration.This paper reviews the data published(including the most recent studies)on the role and mechanism of MSC-Exo(particularly concerning immunomodulation)in the context of tissue regeneration.
