摘要
烟酰胺单核苷酸(β-NMN)是一种在人体细胞能量生成中的重要物质,参与细胞内烟酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD+)的合成。β-NMN作为NAD+的前体,能有效防治衰老引起的各种疾病,如老年退行性疾病、视网膜退行性疾病、糖尿病等。综述了化学合成法和酶促法制备β-NMN的方法和途径,旨在为其工业化生产提供参考。
Nicotinamide mononucleotide(β-NMN)is an important substance in the energy production of human cells,which is involved in the synthesis of nicotinamide purine dinucleotide(NAD+).As the precursor of NAD+,β-NMN can effectively prevent and treat various diseases caused by aging,such as senile degenerative diseases,retinal degenerative diseases,diabetes and so on.In this paper,the methods and approaches of chemical synthesis and enzymatic synthesis ofβ-NMN are reviewed,in order to provide reference for industrial production.
