磷酸三酯类阻燃剂废水的高效利用

摘要 以磷酸三乙酯的废水为研究对象,采用定向焚烧法处理含磷废水,取得了良好的效果,实现了磷资源的回收再利用。优化条件为:pH=9~10,焚烧时间2 h, n(Na)∶n(P)=2.05∶1.00,焚烧温度800℃。定向焚烧后焦磷酸钠的含量>90%,粗品可商业化。 Using the wastewater containing triethyl phosphate as the research object, the direct incineration method was used, and the optimum conditions were obtained: pH =9 ~10;incineration time: 2 h;n(Na):n(P) =2.05:1.00;incineration temperature: 800 ℃. The sodium pyrophosphate content is more than 90%, and it could be on sale as by-product.
