摘要
浓香葵花籽油的加工与普通葵花籽油的加工有一定的区别,前者要最大限度的获得葵花籽油的特殊香味,必须脱壳后压榨,降低毛油色泽,精炼工艺也与其他浓香油精炼不同,需要脱蜡处理。在浓香葵花籽油的生产实践中,探索总结出一套浓香葵花籽油加工工艺。实践表明,该工艺合理,产品质量稳定,色香味俱全,经济效益显著。
There are some difference between aroma sunflower seed oil and ordinary sunflower seed oil process.Aroma sunflower seed oil need maximize the special fragrant,and need topress after shelling to reduce the oil color.Refining process of the oil need dewaxing which are also different from other’s.In the aroma sunflower seed oil engineering practice,a set of process is explored and summed up.The production practice shows that the technology is reasonable,the product quality is stable,the production is perfect in color,aroma and taste,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
