摘要
秦家屯油田关停后套压过高,部分油井放压过程中在罐口及井口发现硫化氢.对硫化氢产生的原因进行了分析,排除了井筒、硫酸盐热化学还原等因素,通过注入水水质分析初步确定是因为硫酸盐还原菌的还原作用在地层中生成硫化氢.从采油井筒投加脱硫剂、注入水加入杀菌剂、优化注入水水质等方面防治硫化氢,取得了较好的效果.
It was found that casing pressure was too high and that hydrogen sulfide was detected at tank head and at well head during the pressure relief process of some oil wells after Qinjiatun Oilfield was closed down.The factors causing the formation of hydrogen sulfide like hydrogen sulfide coming out of well bore or being resulted from thermochemical reduction of sulfate,etc.were ruled out through analysis,and it was found through the analysis of injection water quality that hydrogen sulfide is produced in formation by the reduction action of sulfate-reducing bacteria.Good effect of preventing and controlling hydrogen sulfide was achieved by adding desulfurizer to oil production well bore,adding bactericide to injection water,and optimizing injection water quality.
