摘要
针对油田采出水回注结垢严重,对酒东油田K1g1与K1g3油藏采出水成分进行研究,得出结垢物主要为碳酸钙和硫酸钙.通过对阻垢剂聚天冬氨酸(PASP)、乙二胺四亚甲基磷酸钠(EDTMPS)、羟基乙叉二膦酸(ATMP)、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸七钠(DTPMP·Na7)进行阻垢性能评价,得出聚天冬氨酸(PASP)阻垢性能最好,优选的阻垢剂能够抑制或减缓注水系统结垢对油田生产的影响,保障油水井正常生产.
In consideration of the severe scaling in the produced water reinjection process in Jiudong Oilfield,the components of the produced water from K1g1 and K1g3 reservoirs of Jiudong Oilfield were analyzed and were identified to be calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.The scale inhibition performance of scale inhibitors polyaspartic acid(PASP),sodium ethylenediamine teramethylene phosphonate(EDTMPS),hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid(ATMP),and diethylenetriamine pentamethylphosphonate(DTPMP.Na7)was evaluated,and it was found that the scale inhibition performance of polyaspartic acid(PASP)is best.This optimum scale inhibitor can inhibit or at least mitigate the effect of scaling in water injection system on the production of oilfield and thus ensure the normal production of oil-water wells.
