中西医结合治疗小儿哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型的临床效果

Clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of asthmatic lung and spleen qi deficiency

目的观察中西医结合治疗哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型患儿的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月-2019年10月福建省中医药大学附属第二人民医院东二环分院收治的哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型患儿100例,通过计算机筛选随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合中医治疗,比较2组治疗效果,治疗前后中医症状评分、肺功能指标及3个月后随访疾病复发率。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(χ^2=5.005,P=0.025);2组咳嗽、喘息、咯痰、哮鸣音评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);2组第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗3个月后随访,观察组无复发病例,对照组复发5例(10.00%),观察组复发率低于对照组(χ^2=5.263,P=0.022)。结论哮喘缓解期肺脾气虚型患儿应用中西医结合方法治疗价值高,可改善患儿肺功能,提高治疗效果,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on children with lung and spleen qi deficiency in asthma remission.Methods A total of 100 children with lung and spleen qi deficiency in asthma remission period from February 2017 to October 2019 in East Second Ring Branch,Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were included.The computer screening was divided into control and observation groups,50 cases each,and the former group was treated with conventional western medicine.The latter group combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the former to compare the treatment effect.TCM symptom scores and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The recurrence rate was followed up after 3 months of treatment.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%higher than 82.00%of the control group(χ^2=5.005,P=0.025).The scores of cough,wheeze,expectoration,and wheeze were higher in the two groups decrease before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF),and forced vital capacity(FVC)were all higher in the two groups than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).Follow-up after 3 months of treatment,5 cases in the control group(10.00%),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^2=5.263,P=0.022).Conclusion In the treatment and management of children with lung and spleen qi deficiency in asthma remission period,the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is high,which can improve lung function,improve the treatment effect,reduce the recurrence rate,and recommend and promote.
