0~6岁儿童尿液检测阳性率的影响因素

摘要 目的分析0~6岁儿童尿液检测阳性率的影响因素。方法选取2018年4月-2019年4月某学龄前儿童托所机构0~6岁儿童237例为研究对象,留取所有儿童晨尿样本进行尿常规检测,分析儿童尿液检查阳性率的影响因素。结果尿维生素C阳性率最高,达到43.04%(102例),其次为尿白细胞阳性率13.08%(31例)、尿胆原阳性率11.39%(27例)、尿隐血阳性率10.13%(24例)、尿酮体阳性率8.02%(19例),尿亚硝酸盐阳性率最低为1.69%(4例);父母患有肾脏病史儿童阳性检出率高于父母无肾脏病史儿童(P<0.05);4~6岁儿童维生素C阳性检出率高于0~3岁儿童,长期处于有害环境中儿童维生素C阳性检出率高于处于无害环境中儿童(P<0.05);男童尿白细胞阳性检出率高于女童,经常摄入含铅食物儿童尿白细胞检出率高于其他儿童(P<0.05);经常摄入含铅食物儿童尿隐血阳性检出率高于其他儿童(P<0.05);男童尿酮体阳性检出率高于女童(P<0.05)。结论尿液检测中阳性指标检出前5位分别是尿维生素C、尿白细胞、尿胆原、尿隐血、尿酮体,其主要影响因素是性别、环境、含铅食物摄入、父母是否有肾脏病史等,家长需采取针对性改进措施以有效预防疾病,使儿童保持良好的身体状态。
