冷凝协同去除烟气中颗粒物及可溶性盐的研究

摘要 石灰石-石膏湿法工艺广泛应用于烟气脱硫领域,含尘烟气经过脱硫塔会除去一部分颗粒物,但又会产生新的雾滴和可溶性盐,对脱硫后烟气中的可溶性盐的去除还有待进一步研究。本文以800t/d玻璃炉窑烟气处理系统为对象,试验研究在脱硫塔内增加冷凝相变装置对颗粒物及可溶性盐的去除效果。结果表明,在脱硫塔除雾器后面增加冷凝相变装置,饱和湿烟气流过冷凝装置低温壁面,烟气中的水蒸气在壁面冷凝产生液膜,大大提高了烟气中的细雾滴与细颗粒物同液膜进行惯性碰撞、凝聚的效果。脱硫后烟气中可溶性盐占颗粒物总排放量由63%降至42.8%,颗粒物总去除效率由60%提高到84%,对可溶性盐的去除效果达74.5%。 Limestone gypsum wet process is widely used in the field of flue gas desulfurization.Some particles will be removed from the flue gas containing dust after passing through the desulfurization tower,but new droplets and soluble salts will be produced.The removal of soluble salt in the flue gas after desulfurization needs further research.Taking 800 t/D glass furnace flue gas treatment system as the object,a condensation phase change device is added in the desulfurization tower Removal effect of particulate matter and soluble salt.The results show that the condensation phase change device is added behind the demister of the desulfurization tower,and the saturated wet flue gas flows through the low-temperature wall of the condensing device,and the water vapor in the flue gas condenses on the wall to produce a liquid film,which greatly improves the inertial collision and condensation effect of fine droplets and fine particles in the flue gas with the liquid film.After desulfurization,the total emission of soluble salt in the flue gas decreases from 63%to 42.8%,The total removal efficiency of particulate matter increased from 60%to 84%,and the removal efficiency of soluble salt reached 74.5%.
