河北省水泥窑协同处置危废现状分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Hazardous Waste Disposal by Cement Kiln in Hebei Province

水泥窑协同处置危废目前已成为主要的危废处置技术之一。本文在分析河北省水泥生产现状的基础上,对省内危废产生及水泥窑协同处置危废现状进行分析研究,揭示水泥窑协同处置能力区域分布不均衡、处置条件和技术管理不足、企业生产积极性不高等问题。结合河北省水泥窑协同处置工作情况,提出了优化配置和布局、提高科技支撑能力、规范管理、加大政策扶持力度等发展建议。

Collaborative disposal of hazardous waste in cement kiln has become one of the main technologies for hazardous waste disposal.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cement production in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the production of hazardous waste and the collaborative disposal of hazardous waste in cement kiln in Hebei Province,and reveals the problems of unbalanced regional distribution of cement kiln collaborative disposal capacity,insufficient disposal conditions and technical management,and low production enthusiasm of enterprises.Combined with the collaborative disposal of cement kilns in Hebei Province,some development suggestions are put forward,such as optimizing the allocation and layout,improving the support capacity of science and technology,standardizing the management,and increasing the policy support.
