摘要
本文概述了扬州秦邮特种材料有限公司2×180 m^2烧结机所采用的烧结烟气干式超净工艺的技术方案。简要介绍了该项目实施情况和试运行情况。项目投运后,系统运行稳定,烟气中排放的SO2、烟尘等污染物浓度均优于国家超低排放要求。
This paper summarizes the technical scheme of dry ultra clean sintering flue gas used in 2×180 m^2 sintering machine of Yangzhou Qinyou special materials Co.,Ltd.This paper briefly introduces the implementation and trial operation of the project.After the project is put into operation,the system operates stably,and the concentrations of SO2,smoke and other pollutants discharged from flue gas are better than the national ultra-low emission requirements.
