基于创新链的学科优势科研团队识别方法研究——以猪遗传育种领域为例

Study on the Identification of Research Teams with Disciplinary Advantage Based on the Innovation Chain:Case Study of Pig Genetics and Breeding Technology

[目的/意义]旨在为国家科技决策机构和科技管理部门的人才管理决策提供参考。[方法/过程]基于创新链上的各个要素,采用文献计量与专家判断相结合的方法识别学科领域国内的主要科研团队,使用社会网络分析和通讯作者的定量方法识别团队带头人和核心成员,并以国内猪遗传育种领域优势团队识别分析为例进行实证研究。[结果/结论]该方法是可行的、有效的,拓展了学科优势团队的识别方法。

[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for the talent management decision-making of national sci-tech decision-making institutions and sci-tech management departments.[Method/process]Based on various elements of the innovation chain bibliometric and expert judgment were used to identify the main research teams in specific topic;social network analysis and quantitative analysis of corresponding authors were used to identify team leaders and their core members;and then an empiricalresearch on research teams identification of pig genetics and breeding technology was carried out.[Result/conclusion]The approach is feasible and effective to expand the ways in teams identification with disciplinary advantage.
