日本高校评估框架中的图书馆定位与角色研究

Library Positioning and Role in Japanese University Evaluation Framework

[目的/意义]旨在为我国高校图书馆评估提供参考。[方法/过程]分析日本如何在高校评估框架内有效评估高校图书馆,探讨其定位与角色,并与图书馆评估的国际标准进行比较,在此基础上阐明其重要性与局限性。[结果/结论]发现日本高校评估框架中图书馆部分的评估趋于由“设施维护型”向“教育合作型”转变,即对设备设施方面的评估仍然是关注重点,但图书馆评估核心正悄然向“成效”“影响力”方面转移。进而提出应将影响力评估纳入我国高校图书馆评估框架。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for evaluation of university libraries in China.[Method/process]The paper analyzes how to effectively evaluate a university library within the framework of university evaluation in Japan discusses its positioning and role compares it with international standards of library evaluation and based on these illustrates its importance and limitations.[Result/conclusion]This study finds out that library evaluation in Japanese university evaluation framework tends to change from“facility maintenance”to“education cooperation”which means although the evaluation of equipment and facility is still the focus of attention the core of library evaluation is quietly moving to“effectiveness”and“influence”.So it proposes the impact evaluation should be included in the evaluation framework of university libraries in China.
