摘要
酒店管理专业的现代学徒制校企协同育人模式既能满足行业的需要,也能满足专业发展的需求,有利于培养“大国工匠”。学徒对人才培养实践的感知和需求是优化现代学徒制人才培养实践的重要依据。该文通过对高职酒店管理专业的在职学徒深度访谈结果,提出优化现代学徒制人才培养实践,发挥校企合作育人协同效应。主要策略包括:学徒要协调冲突和压力,扮演好学生和员工的双重角色;学校要强化校园文化素质培养,增强学徒身份认同感和学校归属感;酒店要发挥企业主观能动性,履行人才培养的主体责任;政府要完善政策环境,构建考评机制和激励机制。
The modern apprenticeship mode can meet the needs of both industry and professional development for hotel management major,which is conducive to cultivate"Masters of Craft".The perception and demand of apprentices for talent training practice is an important basis for optimizing the talent training practice of modern apprenticeship.Through in-depth interviews with in-service apprentices of hotel management major in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes some strategies:it shall be coordinated conflict and stress,and played the dual roles of student and employee for apprentices;it shall be strengthened the cultivation of campus cultural quality to enhance the identity of apprentices and school belonging for school;it shall be fulfilled the main responsibility of talent training for hotel through playing the subjective initiative of the enterprise;it shall be improved the policy environment and built the evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism for the government,so as to optimize the talent training practice of modern apprenticeship and achieve the synergetic effect of school-enterprise cooperation.
